JustinTime Baseball Policies

Refunds

  • JustinTime Baseball will process client refunds up to 48hrs before the start of the associated lesson(s).

  • If for any reason a group program, league event or clinic does not meet our enrollment goals, JustinTime Baseball reserves the right to cancel the scheduled lesson(s) and will apply a full refund/credit to all that registered.

CANCELLATIONS

  • JustinTime Baseball will process cancellations up to 48hrs before the start of the associated lesson(s)

  • Cancellations attempted day-of will not be valid for a refund, but may be permitted to reschedule at the discretion of JustinTime Baseball.

  • If for any reason a group program, league event or clinic does not meet our enrollment goals, JustinTime Baseball reserves the right to cancel the scheduled lesson(s) and will apply a full refund/credit to all that registered.

Rescheduling

  • JustinTime Baseball will process rescheduling requests made up to 48hrs before the start of the associated lesson(s). This does not include group programs, league events or clinics.

  • Indoor Lessons may not be considered for rescheduling, but can be given credit to use at a later date at the sole discretion of JustinTime Baseball.

  • JustinTime Baseball reserves the right to reschedule any lesson, group program, league event or clinic due to inclement weather or any field / facility issues.

  • JustinTime Baseball reserves the right to apply any changes to assigned Instructors at any given time, as the company deems necessary.

Photo Consent

By registering for any of our programs or lessons, the parent or guardian is giving permission for the child to be photographed or filmed during activities organized by JustinTime Baseball. You understand that these photos or videos may be used for promotional purposes on the company's website, social media, or any other marketing materials.
